Physical and Mental Wellbeing

This term we are focusing on how we keep our minds and bodies active and healthy. Although it won't be possible for us to complete our usual activities please have a look at the attached document for some daily workout ideas. We are aware that you may not have any fitness equipment at home so none of these workouts require any additional equipment. Make sure you have a bottle of water and maybe a towel with you and enjoy!
